One of the days after classes last year, the roomie brought me to have jajangmyeon at Ehwa. Soon after, I was craving for something sweet and since I love taiyaki, I suggested going to Azabu Cafe so the roomie led the way!

In Azabu Cafe, there are two levels for dining but you have to order and make payment at the counter downstairs first. As you can see, I was at Azabu Cafe on the 23rd of January but there were still miniature Christmas tree decorations around. So like I have said before, the Christmas occasion is prolonged in Korea and the decorations never get taken off until much later. The decorations in Korea are always adorable and Azabu cafe is no exception.

There is a variety of flavors of the taiyaki pancakes sold at Azabu Cafe. One such flavor is the blueberry and cream cheese. However, I got the red bean rice cake/팥찰떡 as I am a fan of red bean. It is indeed very delicious but the price is a little on the steep side for a taiyaki. 3,000 won (USD$2.94 / CAD$3.20 / SGD$3.68), mind you!
