#311 Cafe 7 Gram @ Hongdae, Seoul
The second day after moving from Gangnam to Hongdae, I decided to sit in a cafe, enjoy my desserts and write post cards to many of my friends at Canada, Singapore and Jakarta. I was walking streets after streets in Hongdae and I was looking for cafes that do not have so many franchise branches and especially, one which I have not been to before.
If you have noticed from my entries, I often take gazillion pictures of the cafes and restaurants if it is decorated beautifully. As Christmas seems to be prolonged in Seoul, cafes are still decorated with the Christmas vibe even in mid January. I love cafes that give me peace to write my thoughts down and enjoy quality time on my own and I am glad Cafe 7 Gram is able to let me do so. I did not have a good experience with the server though. They were pretty young and seem inexperience making their customers have a satisfactory experience.
No surprises for what I got – 1/2 waffles with a scoop of gelato topped with whipped cream and it only costs me 6,000 won (USD$5.88 /CAD$6.37 / SGD$7.37). This time, I decided to get only 1/2 waffles because I was pretty full. Had a great time consuming my waffles with ice-cream while completing the postcards.
