As branded stuffs cost a bomb in Singapore, Vivian wanted to check out the prices of the branded items at the premium outlets of Korea so we went to Paju Premium Outlet. I totally did not have any interests of shopping there. Moreover, the premium outlet is an outdoor shopping center, just like the States. So I decided to wait for her at a cafe to dine and read.

As my camera’s battery was running low at that time, I only snap shots of the food and save the remaining battery for later. Therefore, I could not take pictures of the receipt and the interior and exterior of the cafe. The cafe looks pretty cool though. When you first enter the cafe, you have rows of pastries staring at you and you just take your pick. This was one reason why I ordered so much food but did not manage to finish them. I am easily distracted, you see. Initially, I only want a cup of hot beverage to warm me up against the nasty weather but Vivan knew that I would be bored roaming the outlet with her so she suggested me to read a book and have desserts in the cafe and so, I did! As you can see from the pictures, I ended up getting a cup of coffee, cookie, hot dog, tiramisu and croissant. Again, this is not my kind of desserts but since there were no waffles or gelato, I decided to settle with these. The pastries were baked to the finest – fresh, flaky and total yum but the tiramisu could be improved on!
