While BFF was doing her last minute shopping at Dongdaemun’s APM, I went to relax at Caffe Pascucci while waiting for her as I had many days to shop before I leave.

I ordered the Choco Fudge Cake / 진한 초코 퍼지 케익, which was is rich and dense. I love the fact that the cake has real dark chocolate flavoring though. Unlike other chocolate fudge cakes, Choco Fudge cake is only mildly sweet. The price came to 4,500 won per cake (~USD$4.33 / CAD$4.78 / SGD$5.43). One taxi driver told Vivian and I that the typical Korean meal costs 5,000 won only but cakes and coffee can cost A LOT more than 5,000 won – and yes, he was right! Korea has definitely become very cafe cultured as cafes are scattered ALL AROUND the city!
