After having a light lunch at Royalty Villa Jimbaran, we went to one of our relative’s restaurant. I call him my uncle as he is my dad’s younger cousin.

My uncle had this seafood restaurant since 1986. As you can see from the pictures above, Kuta Plaza Restaurant serves fresh seafood. I even had the chance to look at how the cooks are preparing the dishes but out of respect and confidentiality, I did not take photos of the preparations – Not gonna expose the family recipes! Kuta Plaza Restaurant is only 3 minutes away from the airport so you can always see large tour groups dining at the restaurant. The restaurant can take up to 200 people so people can also host their weddings there! They even have a complain hotline if you are unhappy with their service – +623617427342.
Our entire family had lunch at the restaurant on the second day of our stay at Bali and we occupied about 3-4 tables with about 10 people in each table. Each table was served with whatever that is depicted above and all of the dishes taste so good and fresh that we kept salivating and craving for it the next day! The dishes taste really orgasmic and I swear by it! (Not because it is my uncle’s restaurant but the food is firstly very fresh and secondly, the people preparing the food is unbelievably skilled!) But every restaurant has a star dish and I got to highlight 2 dishes for this particular restaurant – The “man tou” (5th & 6th pictures) and the AMAZING lobster (13th & 14th pictures)! Usually, “man tou” is only crispy on the outside, isn’t it? It is not the same for the “man tou” served at Kuta Plaza Restaurant as the “man tou” is crispy both on the inside and outside! My entire family was raving about how good the lobsters were and each of us ate about 3-5 lobsters – It took me to seafood heaven and back! This seafood restaurant definitely beats Aroma Kampoeng Seafood Bumbu! Another good thing about Indonesia is the seafood over there is really cheap, fresh and served in huge portion!!

Another thing I love about the restaurant is that they served BOTH my avocado juice and mango juice (17th picture) for Rp 12,000 each. A lot of restaurants in Bali that I have been to does not have either the avocado juice or mango juice or both.
My father, siblings and I went to Kuta Plaza Restaurant again the next day on our own for dinner before we head to the airport. This time we ordered 3 sets of dim sum – Char Siew Pau, Siew Mai & Har Gow (2nd-4th pictures), Ayam Kung Pao (5th picture), Briased Homemade Bean Curd with Shimeji Mushroom (6th & 7th pictures) and Seafood Fried Rice. Again, we went back to Singapore with very satisfied stomachs and were too bloated to eat the food served at KLM airlines!

Service: Nil (Cannot say much as my uncle is my relative so the servers definitely treated us very well)
Food (taste & appearance): Nil (I highly recommend this place and swear by it even though I cannot give a rating since it is my uncle’s restaurant and there may be biasses in my reviews)
Value: 10/10 (Really high quality and affordable seafood and other food)
Total: 8.5/10★
In Bali, only the food served at Warung Jerami and Kuta Plaza Restaurant made my day!
