After half a month of quitting from MS, Yu Quan, Xueting and I decided to meet at Chomp Chomp to have a huge feast! They are so sweet as they treat me to the meal. They then introduced me to Ice3 Cafe, which was just around the neighbourhood at Serangoon Garden.

The icy blue table and everything else really makes Ice3 Cafe just like an ice cube! The service is also quite good as we asked the server to take pictures of us multiple times even though they are more busy at night due to the overcrowding customers. This is the place that Yu Quan and Xueting started becoming best friends and sharing their secrets with one another. How cute!! I really admire their heterosexual best friendship because it is really hard to be best friends with people of the opposite gender. The most I can have is a male buddy but definitely not a best friend. Cheers to their friendship!!

1st picture – We first had the Cheesy Fries, which is basically crispy fries with melted nachos cheese. The appetizer costs SGD$6.50. Three of us ate it really quickly even though we were full from the dinner at Chomp Chomp – Not bad at all!

Ratings: 3/5★

2nd picture – We also shared the Beef Lagsane, which looks like a cube. The plate was really hot because the dish just came out from the oven. It comprises of pasta sheets layered with cheese, tomato sauce and minced beef. It is not the best but good enough for a small cafe like that!

Ratings: 3.5/5★

3rd picture – We shared another plate of Cookie Monster, which is worth SGD$11.90. The dessert is a cookie and cream mudpie topped with chocolate fudge, koko krunch and oreo cookie chunks. This is definitely the highlight of the night! Even though it is just the basic cookie and cream, I was blown away by the meal!

Ratings: 5/5★

I do not know what happened that night but we went ahead to order two sets of waffle with a scoop of ice-cream each. The 4th and 5th pictures depict Waffle with a scoop of Cookies and Cream ice-cream and the 6th and 7th pictures show the Waffle with a scoop of Chocolate ice-cream and syrup. Each set costs SGD$8.90. As Yu Quan did not like fruit flavours, we did not get any fruit flavoured ice-cream as seen above. The waffle was crispy and the ice-cream was good as it did not melt easily! Both Xueting and I were so bloated after consuming everything. We were literally forcing ourselves to eat when we had the last few bites!

Ratings: 3.5/5★ each
