#68 chocolate pasta ? COME AGAIN ?!

if you think you’ve read it wrongly, the answer is NO. what i wanna introduce to you guys today is something unique – CHOCOLATE LINGUINE ! a dessert fanatic like myself absolutely love to venture to a reinvention of certain dessert so after i saw milton cooking the chocolate linguine yesterday, i was fascinated by it. i decided to help out although i did a terrible job, lol.

like any other dried pasta, you got to soak the pasta in boiling water first. after the pasta is soft and edible, you can smell the appealing aroma of the chocolate. drain it and put it in the freezer to cool it while preparing the other ingredients.

under low heat, put the strawberries/raspberries or any other berries into the saucepan with 3-4 tablespoons of water depending on how much fruits you have put in. put about 4-5 teaspoons of sugar or honey so that the berries will have a sweet flavor to it.

add a scoop of ice-cream and melt any chocolate you have so that you can use it for decorations of the entire dessert.

other things to consider if you want to make a chocolate linguine dessert - sago, tapioca, rice balls, glutinous balls, bananas, lychee, icing sugar and any other ingredients you can think of.

alan, frans, milton, angel and i had a plate each and we all love it a lot. everything we added completely complemented the chocolate linguine. i do not feel cheated at all ! the linguine really tastes like chocolate and it brings out a soft mouthfeel and sweet flavor.
